House Packages
* Small to Medium Home Regular Maintenance (up to 2000 square ft) $110-$140 (Up to 3 bedrooms, 2 and one half bath, Living room, kitchen, dining room, plus one additional room.)
* Large Home Regular Maintenance (2000-3000 sq ft) $150-$180
(Up to 4 bedrooms, 3 to 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room,kitchen, family room, plus one additional room.)
* Exceptionally Large Home Maintenance (over 3000 sq ft) $225 and up (5 Bedrooms +, 4 bathrooms +, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and office.)
* Initial /Deep Cleaning (Sm-Med) $200 (Lrg)$275+
- Most cleanings take approximately 4 hours or more. Minimum cost is $200. Anything after 4 hours is $35/hr. (Same as regular Maintenance plus base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and vents. The time spent in home is longer and more intense.)

Town home Packages
* 1 bed/1 bath $65 (5 rooms total including stairs to be cleaned)
* 2 bed/1 bath $70 (6 rooms total including stairs to be cleaned)
* 2 bed/2 bath $80 (7 rooms total including stairs to be cleaned)
* 3 bed/ and up to 3 baths $100 (9 rooms total including stairs to be cleaned)
